Artist Statement

My work has been compared to Monet and Pollock. Pollock works appear wild, chaotic and showed the pain in his life. Monet painted a sense of beauty and peacefulness. I am expressing the human condition and its extremes. My paintings show movement and escapism. They challenge the eye and feeds my passion for life. I believe the paintings display and evoke all the feelings we share. They evoke a special experience for me in escapism. I hope they evoke the same for the viewer.
